Origin notes
Shin-Fong produces this lovely example of a unique red tea which is something of a novelty. This is the first year they have offered the Fulu as certified organic and we are offering it here. The natural floral notes of Taiwanese high mountain 'terroir' come through the excellent execution of an oolong styled tea. What makes it unique is the full oxidation which provides a beautiful amber hued red liquor and warmth in the cup profile of gentle honey and caramel tones.
