Our selection of coffee is always changing, based on the various growing seasons of the farms we work with. Almost every coffee is available by itself as a single-origin profiled for drip, espresso, or both. Many are also combined for a wider variety of flavors as an espresso blend.
Our mission statement with farms is to visit or be in direct contact with them yearly to establish a relationship. We strive for transparency and try to pass on as much information as we can about the farms to our customers. Our writeups about farms often come from our visits to Central and South America.
