Jardin de Aromas is the first new harvest coffee from Central America to land each year, and it's consistently our best release each summer. Think of it like a great modern IPA: bursting with cirtus fruit, creamy body with a soft mouthfeel, aromatic & sweet.
We've been purchasing coffee from Carole Zbinden since she first opened her mill, Jardin de Aromas, in 2011. The Zbinden's began cultivating coffee in 1991; the farm, Finca El Quizarra, is on the same property as the mill. Check out the videos below to learn more:
