Clockwork is one of our longest running and most popular espresso projects. The goal is to continually select coffees to complete a balanced, cost-competitive espresso blend that tastes great and is easy to work with. While the name is constant, the components change seasonally.

The artwork (by Tim Borrego) is a rendering of a sundial with the word clockwork laid out around the outer circumference of the dial's “tiles.” The internal blue-green rendering is inspired by the famous astrolabe found in a ship wreck known as the antikythera mechanism. The artwork is based on a fascination with clockwork before the clock.
